Accela Pty Ltd runs accelaai.com. This explains what we hold and why. We do not sell personal information.
We keep your name, email address, any business name you give, and the details of the purchase (workshop, amount, date, discount used). Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
We keep your name, email address, completion date and certificate ID, and the answers you write during the workshop, which are used to build your personalised Implementation Guide and are emailed to you.
The person who bought the workshop can see that you completed it, and when. They cannot see what you wrote. Your written answers are not shown to them or to anyone else.
If you arrive from an ad, your browser stores a small record of which ad or campaign brought you, for up to 30 days, and it is attached to a purchase if you make one. It tells us which advertising works. It contains no personal information and is not used to build a profile of you.
Purchase records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Participant records are kept while they are useful for re-issuing a certificate, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Only the services we need to run this: Stripe for payment, and our web host for the site and email. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing to participants.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: info@accelaai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
