These terms cover workshops bought from Accela Pty Ltd ("we", "us") at accelaai.com. Buying a workshop means you accept them.

What you are buying

A one-off purchase of a digital workshop package: the workshop materials as listed on the sales page, plus a Participant Resources link that produces a certificate of completion and a personalised Implementation Guide. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

A programme is three one-hour workshops sold together as a half day. You receive each workshop complete, with its own materials and its own participant link, plus a programme guide and joining slides. Each workshop a participant completes earns its own certificate.

What you may do with it

• Use the materials yourself, as much as you like.
• Run the workshop for other people — your team, your organisation, a study group or a community group — as often as you like.
• Run it for your own clients, including paying clients, if you deliver training for a living.
• Rebrand it: add your own logo, change colours, adapt the wording and examples, and remove Accela branding from the slides and documents you deliver. The editable Word versions and the slides are provided for this.
• Print or share copies with the people attending a session you run.

What you may not do

• Resell, licence or give away the materials themselves, whether as they are or rebranded, as a product of your own.
• Share your download link, or upload the files where others can download them.
• Pass the facilitator materials to another trainer so that they can deliver the workshop. Each person delivering it needs their own purchase.

Certificates and Implementation Guides

Participant certificates and personalised Implementation Guides are issued by Accela through your Participant Resources link, and carry Accela's name even when you have rebranded the workshop itself.

Complimentary participant access runs for 60 days from your purchase. During that time, anyone you share the link with can complete the workshop and receive their certificate and personalised Implementation Guide, and there is no limit on how many people do so.

After 60 days the link stops issuing new certificates. Certificates and guides already issued are unaffected: they belong to the participant and we do not withdraw them. If you want to keep issuing certificates for a workshop beyond that period, email info@accelaai.com and we will arrange continued access.

Access

Your access page stays open for 30 days after purchase. The complete ZIP for each workshop can be downloaded three times; opening the individual files is unlimited.

What you download is yours to keep, with no time limit, and you may run the workshop as often as you like under these terms. The 30 days applies to the download page, not to the materials. Lost your link? Email us and we will re-send it.

What a certificate is

A certificate of completion records that a named person completed the workshop's knowledge checks and commitments on a given date. It is issued by Accela. It is not an accredited qualification, a college credit, a licence or a professional registration, and we do not claim it is recognised by any authority.

Reasonable limits

The materials are general professional development, not legal, financial, medical or employment advice, and we cannot promise any particular result, including a job. We take care to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
